Vaaliban Photo Shoot by next week.

The Photo Shoot for the much awaited venture to be Directed by STR Thalaivan Silambarasan will happen later next week. It will be shot at London and we guess that the photographer would be Naresh Kumar from Chennai who delivered with few stills yesterday.

With Podaa Podi getting shot in a rapid speed, and Vaanam getting ready by the side, it is not inevitable for any one to say that STR is not busy. With the start of Vaaliban, we can expect some serious back to back business.

Podaa Podi shoot at FIRE Club.

With a fixed schedule, the Podaa Podi crew is on the right track. Last Friday they had canned few shots involving STR and Varalakshmi Sarathkumar at the famous joint Chennai Dosa located at West Croydon.

This week it is time for Fans to take part in the film. The Producers accepted the offer of STR Thalaivan Silambarasan on involving his Fans on the movie. And they are shooting the Pub scene at a place called FIRE Club which is located at Vauxhall :  The shoot takes place on Tuesday that is on 17th of August.

Pooda Podi : Auditions.

Do you Guys/Gals know that Pooda Podi is the first Tamil movie ever to have a audition in Europe? Yes, it is true that it is the first movie to have ever achieved that name. The Producer Padam Kumar and Gemini Films conducted the Audition at Bayswater, London along with the Director Vignesh Shiva and Choreographer of the movie Flexy Stu.

The participants were from different countries and I was able to witness Ballet Dancers from England, Russia and France showing the presence with their skills. Later at the end of the day, we got to see the Tamil talents in the names of Club style dancing, Street Dance, Free Style, and Western. Auditions also took place for the Supportive Characters and there were quite a few aspiring talents.

The day ended with a party and the Production team did a splendid job of keeping the mood on. The Production team are still in search of aspiring artiste's for Supportive roles, and thanks to Facebook we are getting in enormous applications. Destination London For Simbu.

With the sets drawn and the team of Podaa Podi gearing up for thier first schedule of shoot, our Thalaivan Yss Silambarasan aka Simbu is flying in to London tomorrow. The details of the arrival has not been announced publicly with security in mind.

Simbu is down here to scout for locations and costumes for his forthcoming flick. The entire team will fly in here by July first week and the shoot starts the same week, which continues for a period of two months.

So here is the news loud and clear. Simbu is about to show his presence in London. We can't provide him with a Red Carpet welcome , we are here to welcome him with our Red Colored Hearts.  ;)

Warming the bench to strike at the right time - Varu

Super Star and Young Super Star to do Lingu's Movie.

As we said earlier, its all surprise for the Fans of cinema and Thalaivan Yss Silambarasan. Lingusamy in a recent interview to a private website as said that his movie will be a bilingual and that Simbu will star in Tamil version and in telugu it will be the Super Star, Prince Mahesh Babu. While the tamil version is produced by Cloud Nine it will be Mega Super Good films who will produce the telugu version.

Now, here is the special news, Podaa Podi will be shot from next month and we are expecting our Thalaivan Yss to arrive at London by 2nd week of June along with the entire crew. Podaa Podi will be shot for 24 days here in London and the team is expected to return back to India by July, were Simbu will work on Lingusamy's movie. The Movie will be released for Pongal 2011 as per our source, while Podaa Podi will be a Diwali release.

Now the news thats hitting us on is, that Simbu has signed Vettrimaaran's movie Vada Chennai, which will be shot after he completes his movie aadukalam. We wish Simbu and the team for this venture.

Podaa Podi is starting Officially Today.

Podaa Podi, a quite familiar tamil word and a expected word for the fans of Style Icon, Yss Thalaivan Silambarasan. It was announced years back on 2008 that the movie would be shot at Canada and would be released by February 14th of 2009.

But the time was not aspire at that season and the movie, was thrown at shelves for almost a year now. After the successful presentation of Vinnaithaandi Varuvaaya, Simbu now joins with the newbie Vignesh Shiva, who is also a childhood friend of his.

The music is said to be from the boards of Dharan an key master when it comes to peppy and romantic numbers.

The Producers Shananya Tele films have confirmed the news that Podaa Podi is officially starting today with pooja and other corporate level work. It is said they are planning to shoot a month from now.

The place where the shoot will start has not been mentioned, but the sources say it will be at Canada. London was first preferred but later it was said it was avoided as the climate is hot at the moment there.

Varalakshmi the daughter of Supreme Star Sarath Kumar is back at Podaa Podi and this denies her leaving off from Podaa Podi by media and as said at Simbucentral.
